Man for me its frustrating. Im just wanting to see the home, but I cant because every shot is done in quick 2 second cuts like some sort of action movie. I get that editors want to sync cuts to the beat of the song. But jesus. I cant even focus my eyes on a single thing in the room before theres another cut. These are more like music videos than home tours. 😭

@@Media-oq9ux Doesn't that make you ask yourself the purpose of video tours then? If photos are going to provide everything you seek to offer then what's the purpose of the video tour? Usually its to give you a motion grounded tour that is a proxy to an in home walkthrough tour. Thats sort of the purpose and utility that these serve. Otherwise why not just look at still photos? If you aren't going to make any attempt at serving that utility then these videos become pretty pointless IMO outside of someone showing their editing skill, which while impressive seems extremely badly placed in home property tour videos. I don't believe that all forms of visual media should be edited the same. A home tour video shouldn't really be edited like a music video; especially if you will just turn to those watching the tour and say "Yeah well go look at still photos if you actually want to SEE the house." 😆
@@Esonar the video sells the agent. That’s the way it works in this business. This guy is delivering all sorts of videos with agents in them 3-D tours the whole bit. His photography is excellent. That’s what people look at on the listing.

Nice house … but with all the levels and stairs … there definitely has to be an elevator in this house … their is no way they built it without one. Beautiful house though
It actually has all the spot already designed in the floor plan for an elevator to be installed. A prefect improvement for the next owner to make it there own.
What’s up with the super quick, choppy edits? Very spastic. The camera person filming hardly spends any time in each room, and chooses to focus on the owner’s possessions. This isn’t MTV Cribs. I don’t care what artwork or wine they have; focus on the home’s features.
