I know this is a old video but could you not have actually took a trip under the hood and actually showed us what your talking about. Are you speaking about the shift Selenoid?
If I was driving a Honda with a blinking D4, I would just drive D3 until I get the blinking D4 fixed. Also, if I drive D3 for any reason, I would prefer not to get on the freeway with it and if I do have to get on the freeway, I would stay in the slow lane and just drive above the minimum speed limit. 50 MPH or 55 is top of the line for D3. You should not be spending much time at those higher speeds out of D4. Using D3 at under 40 MPH will do you good, since the machine no longer tries to be in fourth gear and you can reduce overshifting by limiting the vehicle in just those first three gears.
Listening to this hurts my head
What of the d4 light stays on not flashing?
Theres a manual from dealer service for $100 shows what it could be
We have been trolled... That Lucas helps.
