I got the Dream Brown Rapide from your good selves. Usual top notch Arai quality, comfortably contoured padding, relatively quiet, and in my opinion, stunning looking. Haven't had a problem with the visor lever, but I've only used it with summer gloves so maybe that makes a difference.
I've got one in number blue, really like it, fits great, well made and looks nice but even with all the vents closed I still get a lot of air coming in, not sure if I'm just being thick, but it's really cold
Ah, OK - when airflow isn't a good thing. The main things to check are that you've got a good visor seal and that you're clicking it fully closed to clock air coming through there. Then you may want to consider a decent neckwarmer to try and block up the space around the neck and help keep out air from that. I tried this lid when it was roasting hot, so all airflow was welcome at that time. Thanks for getting in touch. Cheers, Tony
It's impossible to say what sort of noise any individual will experience in their unique conditions, or how acceptable that level is to them - but I didn't experience undue wind noise, and the four customer reviews that mention it are all complimentary about the sound levels. Thanks for the kind comment, and I hope this reply helps. Cheers, Tony

Love the review and really like this helmet. What about wind noise? My last Arai was terrible unless i turned my head to the side.

Does this helmet come with the breath gard at all??
There's a slimline breathguard included. You can see it in the close-up shot starting at 0:36. Cheers, Tony
Very nice.
