Tips: (no spoilers. Please like so she can see this and hopefully find it helpful)
1) you can crouch by clicking the human figure in the top left. This way, you can hide behind some things. Also, some places can only be accessed by crouching.
2) other than the vase in the first room, every item has a use. Some even have multiple uses.
3) the floors do creek, and its always in the same place. It's not random.
4) if you use headphones, you can hear her footsteps and where they're coming from.
5) it might be helpful to start on easy and climb up the difficulty options.
6) you can knock down paintings and some things off shelves. Droping or knocking over anything makes noise
7) there are hidden passages, i wont tell you how many or where though.
8) in difficulties easy to hard, you move faster than granny. Unless she corners you, you might be able to escape by out running her and hiding.
9) if she sees you and you hide there is a chance that she will find you. Other times she wont and will just walk away.
10) if you unlock too many locks in a short ammount of time granny will add locks to the door

Stephanie Monaco you might want to add that some areas can only be accessed when you are crouching and that if you get too many locks in a short amount of time she can add another lock to the door.

Tips for Granny:
For starters start on easy mode to get a hand of it
For the first day, grab the vase n drop it downstairs
Granny hears everything
U can also hide behind doors
Items uses:
Cutting piers:cut the wire on the door n in the basement also the wire that connects to the fan in the attic
Btw:u CAN NOT disarm the bear trap unless u walk on it
Hammer knock down the wood planks
Master key: main key to escape
Padlock key:unlocks the lock
Code:unlocks the other lock next to the lock that can be unlocked by the padlock key
Weapon key:unlocks the weapon cabinet in the secret room in the room next to the starting room(not the bathroom)
Brown n red Cogwheel:used in the courtyard playhouse(u can go to the courtyard through the window next to the dining room
Watermelon:go to courtyard n go to the slicy thing n put the melon in it to cut it
Winch handle:put on well to pull a bucket up to get one of the items
Screwdriver:go to the secret tunnel in the basement n go under the stairs to unscrew a thing(sry I forgot what it's called)
Safe Key:unlock the safe in the basement in order to get an item
Weapons:Crossbow n a shotgun(shotgun needs to be crafted in the garage under the basement(shotgun pieces can be found anywhere in the house)
There r 2 bells...one next to the main door n outside in the courtyard
U can hide in wardrobes closet beds n a car in the garage
That's all the tips I'll give for now...there's still a couple more

1: You Can Hide Under Beds And Not Just In Cabinets (it's much quicker)
2: In The Dining Room, There Is A Hand Print On The Window. Jump Through The Window To Get To The Backyard.
3: Granny ALWAYS Starts In The Basement.
4: On Modes Easy, Normal, And Hard, You Can Find Picture Pieces. Put The Peices Together On The Picture Frame In The Basement.
5: Various Objects Are Hidden Around The House. Find Them Without Getting Caught.
Goal: Find Keys And Other Things To Escape. Some Things Require Other Things To Get A Key Or OTHER Stuff.

The story was granny has a daughter name slenderia and I think slenderia died and granny gives you five days to escape...and to see if you now slenderia,so I man was there before you...he's died tho...he was driving and he's car broke down and he went to see wants wrong then he so a house in the woods he went in to see if someone can help and he felt something hit him and when you go down the basement move the boxes beside the safe and when you go back in on the table you see a note he wrote on the fifth day...

Here is the real story of granny
When she was younger they were a happy family but she didn’t know her parents jobs her dad stole money and so people broke in to their house and got their money back but they killed her parents she was hiding when that happened they killed her parents with a wooden baseball bat and when they left the girl (granny) ran away from home (I can’t remember this part) but she went to a Orphanage and a few years later (she is 16 now) she wasn’t adopted to she ran away to her old home and saw the bloody bat she took it (i can’t remember this part ether) she was for some reason trying to Sumon a demon but then accidentally turn herself in too a zombie but she turned herself back I think but she would be like over a 100 years she couldn’t die (don’t ask me how she couldn’t die idk how) but kids thought that the house was abandon so they went in they were never saw again bc the granny killed them so that happened a few times so cops went in and found out why they were going missing so they killed her
Btw i was interested about granny so I got this information from a different RUclipsr and google so some of this was from a different RUclipsr so some of ISNT true but most of it is true please don’t ask me which RUclipsr it was Idk which one also this took like 45 minutes to type now my hands hurt

Battery-for hard and extreme only
So you use the hammer for the front door um the plank and for the third floor for crossing the hole to the cell and to disarm the cctv
The cutting pliers is used to cut the wire at the door and the one at the basement like the thing that kinda looks like a box and for the third floor in the cell to get the thing inside the fan
The padlock key is for the lock in the door
The safe key is obviously for the safe which is in the basement
The car key is for the car which i think there is something in it?? I dont remember its been a while since i played
The weapon key is used to get the crossbow which can help you um make granny faint for a certain amount of time depending on which mode you play it and u use it to get the screwdriver like if you go to the stairs you will see a cup in the top shelf with a screwdriver so you need to shoot it
The playhouse key is used to open the playhouse which you can find in the backyard, so there are 2 ways to get to the backyard: through the basement if you look to the left when you go down the stairs to the basement you will see like 2 boxes on top of each other and you have to push them and crouch (sorry for wrong spelling) to get in and the second way is by the window behind the table in the first floor where you can see a red hand
The winch handle is for the well which is also in the backyard
The cogwheels are for inside the playhouse
The melon so if you go to the backyard you will see a thing um used to chop heads so you place the melon there and chop it in half
The screwdriver is used to get something like if you go to the basement like right when you go downstairs to the basement you will see like a rectangle cover thingy so push it and go under there and you can hide under there and just go straight in and go left and you will see a little square woth two screws um attached?? to it and then after you unscrew them you will find something
Then the code is a paper that says code so you will use it for a lock on the door that has like 1-9 on it so yeah and after you have done everything you can use the master key to escape the house
So tips:
You can hide in closets, beds and some big cheste like in the third floor and in the backyard
If you make noise granny will come
Start playing first in easy mode since granny is slower and there are no creaking floors
You can find things in the drawers and in closets and in the microwave etc.

here are some tips to play this game granny
1st- when you get up grab the flower pot and go out the room and hide somewhere then till granny is nowhere throw it down stairs
2nd- granny will hear it so she will go and find who did that thats your chance to go up stairs or go to the rooms to find the thing you will need (do it very fast cuz she can hear everything)
3rd- when your upstairs be carful cuz the wood to the room with no door is a trap if you step on it you will fall to your death so ya there will be a wooden plank so put that on the hole
4th- ok here is something scary you will find slenderina there near the crib just look up (the truth about granny you will find a lot of information)
5th- find something to drop but hide so granny will not see you upstairs go down and go outside to the back yard you will see some disturbing things but don't think of it too much so ya then go to the kichen you will find somethings then look around but don't make any noise cuz granny will find you
6th- wach the black strings cuz there is a bell with ring a ding ding and she will find you so be carful with that and if you go to one floor i will not tell you so you can have a fun horror time with granny if you find a teddy bear thats's slendrina's teddy the point is if you take it granny will not be happy
7th -she will find you and you will see her eyes will be red as hell and you will hear a heart beat thats your heart and every move you make she will find you thats really scary
last- find all the thing you need have fun love you be carful and ya lov your vids aphmau :3
