This version of Pacer looks a lot better with a simple logo on the heel cup. The Pacer on Craft Canada website has the logo and "CRAFT PACER" wording cluttered on the heel cup...
Upper is great. I was able to cinch everything down to me liking and I was golden. The fit somewhat reminded me a little bit of the More v4 if that helps.
I have the CTM Ultra 2 and the Pro Endur Distance. If you’ve tried either of those or ones from their lines, how do they compare to the Pacer? Great video btw.
While the Pro Endur Distance (and its update, the Endurance 2) are more of a daily trainer, especially for longer distances with less foam compression to give a slightly firmer ride. The Pacer on the other hand has a much stronger emphasis on being a max cushion trainer the foam feels softer underfoot due to not using the Px Foam as used on the Pro Endurance Distance and Endurance 2. Hope that helps!
Would you say the foam is similar in feel to something like Saucony's PowerRun+ ? Is the length true to size? Thanks. This shoe looks really interesting but almost no reviews.
As far as sizing, I think that's tough. Yes, I would consider possible going a half step smaller now that I've put even more miles into it...Just to make it them more snug. But then again I'm also in the camp that I thought my Novablast 3 were too big in my usual size 12. I also went for a wide size in my Deviate Nitro 2s. As far as midsole, yes, I'd say PowerRun+ is a good comparison overall with a good amount of energy return when you need to pick things up. Hope that helps to clarify things for you!

Wonderful channel! Love the editing and presence on camera
Thanks Steven! I appreciate it!
Craft is making waves!
For real! Stoked to see this kind of stuff from them
So the upper fit on the CRAFT Pacer was okay for you? Enough snugness to not be too roomy? Thanks for doing this review, great stuff!

A durability update?

@@timetorunchannel It helps, thanks.
Would you recommend the craft pacer to a heavier runner? (200-220 lbs)
Yes. All the miles I put in these shoes were done at around 210-215 myself. So the review comes from that perspective as well.
Would this shoe work for any 5k races? Going to maybe try and use it for cross country
Yes, these would work great for 5k. Cross county seems a little dicey though.
Do you think it’s enough cushion for up to 18 mile long runs?
Absolutely. I would have no hesitation taking this out for any of my long runs.
@@timetorunchannelI’m just curious if this shoes are slightly wider? bc I’ve wide foot ball!
@@Joy-s3s6v yes they are on the wide side in my standard size
