- A guide for the Apothrus, Tamer of the Fallen raid in Diablo Immortal. You need to defeat Apothrus on Hell 6 difficulty to unlock Hell 7 difficulty in Diablo Immortal. This guide explains the altar mechanics to successfully complete this fight.

Yeah... I got him enraged, and he ended me, until that he coulnd't do anything ti me, and I was in a 1 vs 1 with him, but after the enraged, I got smited, i didn't know what to do, I thought it was just about killing the minions and filling the altars, didn't think I had to be inside the field they created, after knowing it, i could finally defeat him, Thanks!

One thing you didn't mention is that this boss is broken. After he splits and you kill the clones, he has another types of attacks, one of which are rolling scythes, seen on your video. They are his strongest attacks, basically one shots everyone below 11k-12k CR and he doesn't warn when he shoots them - that's why he's broken.
Not a second before I respawn I'm dead again lol and I'm already at 13K CR
