europe is a band that is very much under the radar they have many good rock ballads from the mid 80s to the beginning of the 90s they deserve attention especially the lead singer i love his voice

Me encanta la banda Europe ellos estuvieron en mi pais invitados al Festival de la cancion de Viña del mar que se realiza todos los años en el mes de Febrero durante 5 dias de festival . Europe tocaron dos noches en el año 1992, estan los videos fue fantastica su presentacion estaban jovenes hicieron bailar a todo el publico sobre todo la juventud . Muy amoroso joey muy comunicativo y cercano al publico . 🥰 byee desde Chile 🇨🇱🇨🇱

They have soooo many great songs, such as "Seven Doors Hotel", "Rock The Night", "Cherokee", "Superstitious", "Let The Good Times Rock" or other ballads like "Open Your Heart" or "Dreamer"
They even released not that quite long ago a new single "Hold Your Head Up"

Listen to "Roxette - Christmas For The Broken Hearted (1987) which was a newly composed Christmas carol in Sweden.

For me, this one was just OK .. Great production and powerful vocals, but to my ears the song itself wasn't particularly strong .. Maybe it's one of those songs that needs a few listens to grow on you .. You mentioned this made Top 20 in Australia, but I really cant remember it, so if I did hear it, it didn't make any impression on me.
Hi Wayne, there are songs that make the top 10 sometimes here in Canada and I have either never heard of them or they just didn't resonate so I don't remember. It happens for sure 🥰
80s power ballad with the 80s big hair. I do not remember this song. Glad that you did this reaction. "The Final Countdown" has one of those choruses that really hangs around. That would be a good reaction to do also.

I had this album when I was young. Big hits on it like Final Countdown and Carrie, BUT also some really cheesy songs like Danger on the Track, Ninja and even the kind of offensive hit Cherokee. Might wanna check one of those out if you want Sue, just for fun.
