Anti Static or ESD Flooring is a very important product in any place where critical electronic equipments are used, handled or repaired.

ESD Vinyl Floor is normally installed where very critical and high value and important electronic equipments are used or maintained. according to my knowledge
ESD means 10^6 to 10^9 (surface resistance)

Hi. My client plans to connect the copper strip to a copper cable meant ground a CT Scan machine. Is thay safe?
Another question I'd like to ask is, does an ESD flooring's require a dedicated grounding point or is it acceptable to make the earthing terminal inside any nearby electrical outlet?
I would appreciate any insights you that you could provide me in this matter. Thanks.
