He does look weird but I'm skeptical that it's from drugs. For one, Phil Ivey looks weird a lot. He also just won his 11th wsop bracelet, he has to be wired naturally and he's doing a ton of interviews back to back, taking pictures, getting congrats and handshakes left and right.
