@@sarag765 @Sara G Hey Sara, I understand why you are scared, is not an easy time to be pregnant. Know that in the midst of this crazy time, your baby is growing and becoming stronger, you two are going to get through this. Here is a meditation that might support you to stay motivated: ruclips.net/video/n9i2deXKLwk/видео.html

What do you recommend if you work in the hospital where you are exposed with covid and it's hard to breath with a mask?

Can someone make a video what to expect when your about to give birth in the hospital with covid 19? Can our husband be there with us? How long do you stay for. If you have covid can you see your baby? If not how long is it when you see your baby? Why is the number of pergency postive going higher when your about to deliver

Please don't worry! If you get expised, your risk is so low and your baby will have antibodies! Just bulk upon vitamins c, d3 and zinc and stay hydrated.
