It is understandable that she isn't the CEO of her own company but prefers to be the artist and has people she trusts to help her out as employees. So humble to call herself an employee too. Well ! He is in position to move out and the apartment was for them but he is the only one living in it ,it was not cost effective for him to stay and there is a lot of groups under SM so .. and it’s very common for k celebs to just rent an apartment especially in Seoul since it’s really expensive and if they were active they stay abroad or in hotel ,a lot of celebs who owns a house usually buy outside Seoul or in their own hometown ..

Probably not 100%. I mean, their manager & EunHyuk lived there too, and they use it in shows, I heard members stay there too in between schedule. But if SM pays a part of it, well good for him, he saved a lot for a few years.
I mean he's very capable financially unlike groups who just started or below 5-10yrs.

Well, SM have to pay for it they SUJU made a fortune for SM that’s the least they can do. They even made him pay to park at SM and they didn’t give him time to look for a house so he had to rent one to stay at while looking for a house to buy.
