I got that grater because of Mandy!1. It is amazing!! Grate any vegetable, potatoes. I make stuffed for the holidays. I make 125 mushrooms and use the stem in the stuffing, it took me forever to chop them. This year I used that grater and I was done in no time!! I sued it to grate nurse for baking also!! Ok that onion was cut perfectly. I am VERY happy to see you use fresh garlic. That jarred stuff to me is poison, I never use it. That Bunky coming up with the great ideas all the time.

OMG the Country Club where my Son had their Wedding and Rehersal Dinner had those heaters. They are so easy way to enjoy your backyard patio! I kinda like it better than a Fire Pit! My Daughter and her Husband just bought their first house, and I hope they do them in the backyard!

I make something very similar to your Greek bowl! I love trying to make things fresh but if you want to make it quicker you can grab boars head tzatziki dip and a garlic hummus from the store. I do a 90 second brown rice and quinoa in the microwave and add cucumber, tomato, air fried sweet potato, and arugula. A scoop of hummus and tzatziki dip and put some dry Greek seasoning on top! So good and really quick!
