RCT3 - How To Fix Billboard Problem On Windows 7, 8, and Vista

Hey guys, this is a quick tutorial on how to fix the billboard problem on RCT3.
Written Instructions:
Originally from atari forums.
To avoid encountering problems, run CMD as administrator!
Key: (what you're doing) [what you have to type]
1. (Change directory) [cd "C:\users\ \Documents"] add your username after the \users\
2. (remove old junction) [rmdir "My Pictures"] that's RMDIR
3. (add new junction) [mklink /j "My Pictures" "C:\users\ \Pictures\" that's MKLINK
4. Should be fixed!
