Yeah I seen a vid of a guy in a wooded like bmx track area this size with the Traxxas Bigfoot and he was just jumping it monster truck style over and over and it worked great for that. It’s not really a long straightaway speed machine. That’s the appeal and I like that. Everyone’s gotten away from the joy of the hobby because they just want to go fast. Well, fast costs money. This truck is lower cost and is built for fun in a small space. Which is all I really want to do so I think it’s a great play by Arrma. Don’t overthink it just enjoy it. ✌️
Totally agree! Going faster and faster and upgrading before you even run a rc(know people that do that) isn't as fun as just playing around with what you got most of the time.
I like it. I think I'm gonna go with a Amazon/Banggood brushless system just to keep it as budget friendly as possible. I was planning a 10BL Hobbywing system but I've never used one of the cheapo systems and this is the prefect truck to try it with. Can't wait to see the ExoGorgon. Worlds first 12S Gorgon anyone?
Considering the granite voltage thats build similar but not as beefy has handled 3s with all plastic gears that wear smaller, i believe this will rite at home on 2s-3s with a brushless system. And with some aftermarket metal gearing it prolly take about anything you can throw at that size driveline gears. ❤ it!!!
@@ProjektONE ya I have prolly one of the most upgraded voltage truck's possible. Started off with a used truck with blow esc that I got for 60 buck's. Then had a really expensive hard pro-line basher body I got for a outcast build that was just to short so fitted it to the granite voltage since it was perfect fit. Then found on ebay a lot of about every integy metal part sold for the voltage for less then 100 buck's. Normally I don't run aluminum a arms on anything, but I figure I give them a shot since the truck with a arrma 3s system was to light for the power I put in it. Lol and surprisingly there holding up perfectly and has made the truck stable at high speeds. The super heavy-duty steal spur and diff set were the main key for me to buy the metal parts lot. I'd seen hem year or 2 before when I got my boys there voltage truck's for Christmas, and they were none to be found anywere till the lot popped up for sale on ebay an I just happen to see it. I wanna replace shocks and axles to he cvd set that's still available and the truck's then 100% upgraded tot he max. I only have a maybe $250 into it and it's given me way more fun then I ever expected it to.

Perfect entry level truck. We needed this.

Completely agree. I have a “built” Granite Voltage and it’s very similar to this. Great lil bashes or beach ride for us Florida folks.

Looks like fun for a less expensive truck. Lots of potential there!👍👍😁😎✌️
I'm not opening the box till motor upgrade video , love the look of it , and I can't stop saying gorgon !! 😵💫😂 Thanx !
I ordered one., because i like it and looks awesome. I think, needs a little bit brushless...😅
Yea that's nice there jumps well, I always worry about nose diving with 2wd but this one seems good
It looks well balanced and the suspension looks great to me. Probably need to thicken up the oil a tad when going faster.
Its just like the old Arrma Fury and Granite Mega, both really good beginner trucks!!
I meant Granite Voltage!!!
Reminded me of the early 90s style trucks
Seems more stable than the stampede
Arrma's gonna sell a lot of these come xmas
dem...with just cheap surpass hobby 80A Brushless esc Motor combo, and Dumborc Remote..this will fly....
Needs a VXL. Just because its funny.
A mid motor monster truck. NICE!
Thats a super cool $50 RC👍
150$😅
glad to see these getting cheaper
Looks fun , I like my granite and I want one of these too
brushless and sway bars?
I'm really curious to see how long this lasts with a 3s brushless system specifically. Hope you can show that soon👍
Much better with the brushless system but still cool a cool rig 👍🏻✌🏻
Seems really good for an entry truck!
😁👍
I don't mind the bottom battery cause then i don't have to fiddle the body❤
they will come out with a brushless version, maybe. nice car
Looks like a nice brushed car, they should have made it brushless. I think it has a descent handling?
Than would’ve been over 200
Looks like you’d have to spend $250. to get it what it needs to be… minimum. Bet great video 💯
But I don’t have too is target audience anyway
Are the pinion and spur gears 32-pitch?
Traxxas new 2s system mite be perfect for it
Tottaly awesome❤
I can t wait try my 1 out on 3sbrushed 3s esc
You're making it very very tough to not go spend 170 bucks today! Haha looks awesome I bet it's even better on 2 S.
beefy beefy beefy!
Nice, but a monster truck just cannot be 2wd.
I do so bad want a 4wd one!
