Shami kbab recipe | How to make perfect beef shami kbab | Eid special recipe

Today i am making beef shami kbab.Make and freeze them.
Ingredients:
Beef boneless 1 kg
Daal channa 1/2 kg
Oil 4 tbsp
Garlic cloves 12 to 14
Ginger 2 inch piece
Onion 2 medium sized
Salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes (1 tbsp each )
Grind 1 tbsp of Corriender seeds , 1 tbsp zeera, 1 tsp black peppercorns
Whole garam masala ( black cardamom, cinnamon, long pepper)
seasonings:
Taste the mixture and adjust salt and chilli powder
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
eggs 2
Handfull of fresh Corriender and mint leaves chopped
Green chillies 5 to 6 finely chopped
