And even Petare is less black compared to Cuba or Dominican Republic. Check videos of Santo Domingo and La Habana and compare them with Petare, and you will see what I mean.

Lower class Venezuelans from one of the poorest slums in Caracas. Venezuela is much more than Petare. Implying that people from Petare are the "real Venezuelans" is as dumb as saying that the people from the favelas in Rio are the best representation of "real Brazilians".
