how about Senior Helpers?
Personally this sounds really messed up. If you are in good standing you should be allowed to renew. If the franchisor refuses then you should be able to sell it to them at a premium. Sweat equity should be taken into consideration, because I have run a franchise business and the painful years are the starting years, once its established, it runs much more smoothly and you tend to get most of your ROI from there. Pretty messed up by Home Instead and other franchisors who do this bad ethic practice.
