I cried at that quest. The father sounded like he has already went insane and lost his mind long ago after practically losing his son and wife and everyone he cared about all those years ago and has lived in isolation because he didn’t want people to see and kill his son. He has litterally lost everything and the only thing he had was about to be lost too. He has tried so hard to bring back his son and failed which probably made him cry night after night after night while trying to find ways to help his son. He has never given up tho despite the circumstances so he arguably the best father in the whole of teyvat.

Lynette actually has great detective skills- she's so quiet because she's always watching >:)) I seriously love her- anyways Navia has a clear interest in detective work and they both are involved in the first chapter of the archon quest so maybe that's why.
