Kate and Lucy, new ship from a TV show "NCIS: Hawai'i"
The world’s most successful television series continues on the seductive shores of Hawai'i as the first female Special Agent in Charge of NCIS Pearl Harbor takes command. She and her team balance duty to family and country, investigating high-stakes crimes involving military personnel, national security, and the mysteries of the island itself. I think since the show was originally given 13 episodes this was how they were gonna end the season, but the network ordered more episodes and they’re currently shooting them so we’ll have to wait a bit before having them back. Supposedly til March 1st.
We didn’t get much Kacy but I LOVE how Whistler actively participated to the investigation, she’s such a great character and I always enjoy when she’s on screen, she felt like part of the team and I truly hope they keep this dynamics in the future as well
That make sense the way they are doing everything up till now even with lucy and kate but now they have full season they can have them grow more
Lets hope she bumped from recurring to regular if the show is renewed. she a good asset.

I am glad that the network have requested more episodes, making this only a midseason finale instead of the last episode of season one. I am also hopeful about where they are taking Lucy and Kate storyline. With more episodes there is no need to rush into a half felt reunion, they can build a more solid foundation for them before getting to the much needed make up story part of it. Also this double episode got a lot more of Kate actually being part of the team, and this is a lot better than every other collaboration we had till now imo. Really hope this suggest a shift in how much we can expect to have of her in the future too, using well a good character and great actress is always a plus!

I honestly would understand if Kate doesn’t want anything to do with Lucy. She blatantly undermined her profession and questioned her job integrity by asking if there was an investigation. Lucy is treating her like the team did in the beginning, with no respect. Kate don’t deserve that at all. At work, keep it professional and your personal feelings out of it. You don’t want to be with her, fine. But don’t take your hurt and pain out on her at the job. Just completely childish and unacceptable in my opinion.
I totally agree with you. I wouldn't want to be with someone who undermined my profession just because she feels hurt and we are not together any more?! I understand Lucy feels hurt, but I also understand Kate always do thing as her rule. She considered her relationship with her LA girlfriend was over, which in her own rule it's done cause they were no longer communicate with each other. I would say sometime people are too naive, specially when come to relationship; but Lucy should have listen to her explanation instead of taking every chance to get revenge. Lucy is always acting childish since they met, maybe it also a chance to help her grow up.

I UNDERSTAND AS WELL. THE ANGST IS KILLING ME EVERY SECOND THEY'RE NOT TOGETHER. I FEEL LIKE KATE IS STARTING TO BE MORE EMBRACED BY THE REST OF THE TEAM. LUCY IS STILL HURT 💔 BY KATE NOT TELLING HER THE TRUTH ABOUT CARA BUT THAT'S NO EXCUSE FOR THE WAY SHE TALKED TO HER IN THE SCENE WHERE KATE BOUGHT THE TEAM COFFEE AFTER BEING INVITED OVER BY TENNANT. LUCY IS GOING TO HAVE TO HANDLE THE HURT SHE HAS TOWARDS KATE DIFFERENTLY WHEN IT COMES TO THE WORKPLACE, EVERYONE IN THE TEAM COULD READ THEIR TENSION AND FURSTRATION LIKE A KNIFE.

Now you super mad because your boss want her help. Be careful what you asked for. The way Kate up and left a relationship that wasn’t working with no further contact, I see she is doing the same with what she had with Lucy. Last episode she stated, Kate threw the relationship away. Welp, Kate is moving on with her original daily routine. I’m sure Kate is hurt but she’s not about to be in a relationship with someone that bluntly told her it’s not worth it. I think Lucy is going to be the one to grovel to get Kate back and attention. She’s already throwing a tantrum lol 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

It's cool to see other Polynesian actors playing actual Polynesians, instead of playing the most caricatural Arabs or Latinos.

I dunno if we all watching the same show (reading ppl comment about the situation at hand and not understanding anything even after rewatching the episodes) but while this two parter episode started out explosively, the ending bored the living Kucy out of me…thx be to gawd this wasn’t the finale because I have more questions than answers…did not see that coming Maggie but also the lack of teaming Kucy up lagged and we need more team Kucy getting on each other’s nerves or something lol like come one that awkwardness from the team at the beginning that was entertaining and fun!! I need more of this or them just pissing about who’s at fault. Give me something NCIS: Hawai’i ❤️
I feel you but in my opinion the writers maybe have done for once something right here, by put the spotlight into the Maggie situation and not using Lucy and Kate as a throwaway secondary storyline, I want them to give me more content with those two sure, but I also want quality content and something that stick and stay, not like a 1 conversation that last 1 minute and half and that solve half of their problems..for this I am ok with the way they did this midseason finale..there is time (not sure how many ep they ordered more tho) to give me a couple of episodes more centered into them and that will have much more weight than relegate them in the back and simply make them feel less important overall. Granted I will judge the all thing once we will get the all season 1, to see if they actually give us what we deserve

@@mellinatre1149 I mean yea I get it. I like the slow burn but I want it with a little bit of seasoning or with a little sizzling, ya know? I don’t want the whole show center with them and their situation cuz it’s still a show about cops and robbers but I hate it that they hooked up one episode and it went down the toilet the next. It’s the same string of mishaps every gay couple goes through before one dies or the other becomes straight. And I honestly thought this was going somewhere else that wasn’t that until Cara showed up and Maggie turned out to be a bad guy 😩 how sad! I felt Tennant’s tears deep. Hell of a betrayal from both ends.

Should be back after the Olympics. I don't think this season is over. At least from what I have heard and read. There is also a crossover event between NCIS Hawaii and OG NCIS on March 28th I believe. There was a RUclips video announcement from the cast of both shows

@@cynthia8014 no worries. Happy to help. I think the show will be back around Feb. 21 for 1x14 and than it continues on after that. I am sure it will be renewed for a season 2 as well. Ratings are good.

@@sharihenri7736 She haven’t talked to her in months and figured it frizzle out…the relationship. She came and Kate ended it face to face. She did not cheat. Kate left the state with a relationship that was not good. If it was an ongoing relationship, they would of have communication and that is not the case. The girlfriend thought it was one but in Kate eyes it was done. Sorry…not cheating. But all have their own opinion.
@@tdeveaux4155 It may have not been physical but she was sure in a not broken off relationship , I feel she has a lot to make up to Lucy, don't get me wrong I love this Kate caracter and I hope the writers do KACY justice.

It’s not physical or emotional that you think is cheating so not sure where you are coming in that direction. Kate has no communication or anything with her ex for months. That is not a relationship, Yes, Kate should have said something about it but Lucy only knows her by googling her per the episode. No one asked about past relationships. But yea, to disrespect in their workplace is so uncalled for by Lucy. Lucy is taking it too far in my opinion. Also, Lucy is keeping under wraps that her family is rich, which I think will cause issues later in too. If they get back together and Kate finds out, that’s going to be another bump in the road.
