It's not exactly a harmonious neighborhood hahahaha in fact it's the dirtiest, loudest neighborhood and where drug use is promoted, totally different from the rest of the neighborhoods in Seoul, I know it and I know what it's like to be there, it looks like a vile neighborhood in Barcelona . That the stampede of people occurred there is not an accidental coincidence...
