    Dragos! This one is excellent also! I like where you pop up the names of the different areas: it gives a better understanding of where Grindavik is because you can see where it's at, and the distance. The other graphs that others use with little dots and bubbles, it's ok for the brainiacs out there, but this drone helps us SEE the lay of the land, where stuff is flowing and how it's impacted surrounding areas.....thank you! (me bowing!)......oh, before i forget: is it possible to show a (fake) human graphic standing at the bottom of the volcanic cone so we can get a good idea of the size of the crater compared to us? Or maybe place the graphic on the brim of the cone, to compare the size??? When you see other videos and the cars are driving around sped up, they look so tiny compared to everything else around the cone and flow......just gives a good perspective.....just sayin'........

    12:45 Definitely a deep smaller flow going north based on the gas evolving from the side flank. Jut amazing how the flow is pooling and getting deeper. Hopefully it is gaining viscosity lest it breakout to the south now that it has gained more of an elevation advantage.

    I live in Iowa USA, i kinda wonder if this volcano has resulted in the winter or lack there of ,many residents of Iowa have never had a winter like we have had...warm no snow..

    • @kasiar7293
      @kasiar7293 5 месяцев назад

      This volcano is too small to have an impact on the weather except very locally (yesterday's snow in the directly adjacent mountains may have been helped by the volcanic gases from this crater). Plus this current eruption only started on March 16, with the previous ones only lasting a couple of days each. So impact is unlikely.
      For answers regarding your unusual winter, you can try looking for analyses of how the polar vortex developed this year and its impact on US weather, as well as that of the El Nino/La Nina patterns. Maybe Ryan Hall has some videos that can answer your questions 🙂

    Is it gasses in the magma that make it shoot up like that?
