For what its worth, I’ve been weight restored for 2 years and still have episodes of extreme hunger. They don’t occur often, but they do still happen. The after effects of an ED run deep. That said, at least I know what it is, and I don’t beat myself up over it. I just know that this is a result of the extreme deprivation that occurred at one very dark point in my past, and it’s a reminder to never do that to myself again. No one is alone in this battle, and you can get through it. Just take one day at a time. Great video. Thanks!
I have the same! Especially on/after days where I’m more active, I see it as my body remembering the trauma I put it through. Although it’s frustrating, it’s nice to know it has my back and is still protecting me from the danger I put it through:)

Okay I feel like I have this I’m 5’7.5 roughly 103 but I eat 2800-2900 I never really feel full no matter how high volume the food may be
a lot of times if you are eating a lot of volume you feel physically full but not emotionally or mentally satiated or satisfied. Try eating more nutrient-dense foods, that might help. And its okay if your body needs more calories than what you are currently eating.
if you are doing a lot of activity it can cause more extreme hunger. When I stopped exercise my hunger normalised
I counted for a short time but now I don’t anymore but during my extreme hunger some days I’d have literally 6000-800 calories. It was terrifying and id cry my butt off. But it’s normal and after a bit it calmed down. You should not count or weigh yourself. Eat until you’re full. It’s so scary but it’s your body asking and begging for you to get better
