Thank God for this video. I almost sent the clock back because I couldn't set the time. The directions say to hold down the time button for 2 seconds and then set the time. It doesn't work that way. According to the video one has to press it one more time to set the time. My wife, daughter and I were going nuts trying to set the clock. If I hadn't seen this video the clock would be in the mail back to Amazon now. So I say thanks again for taking the time to make this.

I agree that the written instructions are incorrect. I would also add that when setting the time, you press the time set button, then 12H (or 24H) will display, and the second time you press the time set button it should really be just a quick tap to get the hour/minutes flashing. On the second press I was holding it a bit too long and it would never show the hour/time flashing. I finally figured out that you have to just tap it the second time.
