In long term situations the guilty can be given a set period of time to set arrangements for their property and obligations, tho typically a 24 hour period, idk how long she’s had but could’ve had to do with posting bail while on trial, and the sentence gave her “X” number of days as well (I do stress that this is a case by case basis, and not EVERY time)

He doesn't need the failed rioters pardoned, because there are plenty more where those came from and next time they will bring more weapons.
