Il tente de comprendre la différence de sens entre la joie et le bonheur, le joy et le happiness anglais, et le Freude et le Glück allemand. Il ne manque pas de subtilité, ce Jonas Kaufmann. Ne pas négliger la moindre nuance, n'est-ce qui fait de lui un grand interprète. Jonas Kaufmann est bien plus qu'une grande voix, c'est aussi un esprit tout en finesse.

Il est charmant, Jonas. Cependant, ça ne me viendrait pas dans l'esprit d'aller le voir après un concert pour lui dire qu'il est magnifique, qu'il a bien chanté et tout ça. Je trouve ça un peu mal placé, voir ridicule (qu'il doit avoir marre après !)
