Super Easy CRISPY Oatmeal Cookies

This recipe produces simple, old-fashioned, crisp oatmeal cookies with an ever-so-slightly chewy center. Perfect for an easy healthy treat and for dunking into a cold glass of milk!
---- INGREDIENTS ----
½ cup (75g) wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup (75g) porridge oats
¼ cup (50g) brown sugar
75g butter
1 tbsp golden syrup or maple syrup
2 tbsp milk
Bake for 10-15 mins at 175c or until golden brown.
