Hi Hannah, this was a great haul, and sounds like you have an awesome week coming up. albeit quite a lot of work for you to do - schools, birthday, extra people at dinner, but fun often comes out of making effort. I so love how you are taking a super responsible attitude to your own meals to keep your body full of nutrition, and trying the options that are supposed to be better like avocado and sourdough, and making them and bagels too. I really hope you will be successful at them and then you can share the how you do it with us. Your content is amazing these days, I will need to try avocado too. the comment of avocado, bacon and poached egg sounds like a winner. X
Hi Hannah I've got a recipie for " "chocolate avocado pudding".I can't stand avocados but I can eat it In this and seek it into the grandkids too they think they are having a treat.What they are getting is avocado and its sweetened with other things rather than sugar.Obviously it doesn't taste like shop bought chocolate puddings, but I'm diabetic and it does make me feel like I'm indulging😊.Give me a day or so to dig it out and I will post up the recipie for you.probably on your most recent video.Or let me know the best place to post it where you will see it ? Its so easy to make everything just goes in a food processor or you can use a whisk.i would be interested to see if Nathan likes it.Also possibly worth trying chloe for her meds. Once you have whipped it up it keeps in the fridge for st least 3 days.Its the only way I can get avocado into me.Also makes me feel like I've had a treat.You don't taste the avocado. itself they are pretty bland.It just gives the pudding a creamy texture.I will deffinatly get it to you Wednesday or Thursday ❤🥰
