The Delter Coffee Press is a very interesting filter brewer, with it's unique Jet seal, designed to agitate the coffee in a controlled way. I put the brewer through its paces and discuss my recipe.

18g (slight coarser than espresso grind) > 200ml water
50g bloom > 75ml press > 75ml press
Bypass 45g of water 👍

I'm definitely gonna try out your recipe! I personally use about 14 grams of a slightly finer grind, 200mL water and just an initial 30 second bloom.
The Delter Press is the first coffee brewer I've gotten since I started taking coffee seriously, and honestly I like it more than the Aeropress. Pretty excited to see what results I get with your recipe!

are the paper filter the same size as those of the aeropress? i'd like to reuse my metal filter for my aeropress if i get this

Heya!
In reality, the aeropress filters are slightly bigger than the delter paper filters. However, I've been using the aeropress filters in the delter with no issues, and I'm fairly sure but not 100% certain that the reusable metal filter for aeropress would also fit the delter. Maybe reach out to them on social media and ask!

When you pull up the middle syringe, the water should not drip on the coffee.
