They don’t, at least not to this extent. This was written by a Korean American, and her parents are also Korean American. To me, XO Kitty wishes to be at the same level as a Kdrama, but based on what I heard and the general plot line, this series sounds like it was written by a complete American who based this story off of their idea of what Korea is like based off the Korean pop culture and what knowledge they have as a Korean immigrant legacy. I might watch it to see how many inaccuracies there might (will) be, but definitely not to gush and praise it. This series hardly gained attention in Korea as well, which really shows that this is targeted towards Americans who see Korea through rose-tinted glasses.

I think the female teacher who is used to be bestfriend with kittie mom are enemies. I think its due to love triangle. I also think that the female teacher is inlove with kittie biological father, which is now known as the proffesor, so maybe the female teacher k*lled kittie's mom to because she found out that the proffesor and kittie biological mum were dating, so which is why the female teacher expression seem a little off when asked if she's friends with kittie mum... (My theory) 😂😂
