I saw Mr ferry at the Royal Albert Hall many moons ago. He and his band were fantastic. I will never forget a concert of a life time! Thank you for sharing!
This song could so easily have been written at the height of Roxy fame. When Bryan sings a song of loss or longing no-one can get near him, his voice carries the feeling of hurt and almost despair. Spine tingling. And that piano.......beautiful.

As I recall reading, some of the Olympia material was the product of an attempted Roxy Music revival album. So this all makes sense.
