Thanks for an informative on the Moline Plow Company ad especially the Stephens Motor Car. Until 2014 my uncle owned a 1924 Stephens and it still resided in Freeport Illinois. Romie passed and in early 2015 his son took the car to the east coast destroying the provenance the car had. At 90 years old, a publicly owned 2 owner car that never spent a night outside its build city it was fast approaching 1 of 1 cars on earth to carry that provenance. All destroyed in one night. 😥 My daughters both got to ride in it before I did which is a blessing to me and I got to ride in it with Uncle Romie 1 time. RIP Uncle Romie, Love and Miss you.
Thanks for messaging me. I got the first but missed the second email. I'm reading it now. I thought I responded to the first but maybe not. Life has been crazy the past few weeks. My fiance has been stranded 2 years over seas (April 1st) and finally the stars aligned at and gets on the plane today. Between her, prepping equipment for spring planting and an intermittent electrical issue on my truck (solved yesterday) my brain is mush right now...lol.
I have at least 30 Moline tractors 5 are completely restored I need to find home's for the others various condition to complete and startable.Roger@Priest
