After you indexing prefix url and sitemap, sometime it takes days to process data and show on dashboard that's when people gets confuse and nervous watching videos like this.
22:55 I have a site that I submitted a sitemap for (long time ago) and I've tried removing it and resubmitting it. But GSC still just shows "Last Read" Nov 12 2020. Pages are indexing just fine and everything else looks normal. Even my other site is shows "Last Read" as just a few days ago. I can't find anything anywhere online why it would be stuck at that date. Help? please, if possible.

You cannot add a RUclips channel to Google Search Console. It must be a property you own.
