I've watched some of the videos about paying people's rent and really like them!
When I was in my teens and 20's I volunteered at Motor City Blight Busters in Detroit, MI. I have hundreds of hours of community service with them and personally know the owner John George Sr. and his son John George Jr. They have spent their lives cleaning up Detroit and trying to bring life back into the city and the surrounding community.
I would love to see a video of you going to Detroit, specifically around Grand River and Lahser Rd. and do one of the "pay your rent" / "give back to the community" videos.

It was always hard for me to not be skeptical of people. About 20 years ago someone knocked on my door and asked to use the phone. I said no. Glad I did cuz right after that the same person went down the street and knocked on someone elses door and they let him in. He shot and killed both of them.That could have been me and my family.
