- We got the greatest news that we were expecting a child after 10 years of our marriage & we were ecstatic to share this with the rest of the family. Everyone was really shocked and excited for us even though some of them figured I might be cause of my symptoms. I am glad we captured these priceless reactions so baby Phan can see it one-day.
I still can't believe we are going to be parents soon ahhh. I'm 18 weeks into the pregnancy and I'm patiently waiting to feel the baby to kick. My nausea is almost gone now. I have some back pain and tail bone pain which I am hoping will get better eventually.
But yes trying to envision of lives having a lil one running around. I know for sure is I'll be the strict mom and Steve's going to spoil him/her.

I remember 10 years ago , in a video where you did Steve's makeup I think , and you mentioned that Steve really wanted kids, he was hopeful, and you told him I know baby , I know! And from there I've been hoping you would too, and honestly seeing Steve's face just beam right now makes me so happy , to the point where I can't describe like a mix of relief , joy , anticipation. This sounds so weird coming from a total stranger hahah but I really wish you guys congratulations , and can't wait to follow you guys in this new journey !!

I always love Promise so much besides she is so talented as a makeup artist and a youtuber, she overcome everything as a new girl from Nepal to US. She loves her family and gives the best to them, taking all her sisters to US for a better living. She had been wanting a baby for so long but she didn't ever complain or show any negativity towards it. She is always so positive, loving and beautiful. She is still so calm sharing us the wonderful news! She is def a great mama, lucky little Phan. Congrats Promise and you made me hopeful in my life too :)

There are times when we are close to giving up, and then we end up with a blessing! God heard your prayers like when Hannah prayed to God for a baby (1 Samuel 1:12-28), and I am so happy for you and Steve. Based on your personality on youtube, I get the impression that you are both kind and gentle in real life too, and I know that no matter what the gender, the baby will be loved.

You know what would be a neat and fun way of doing the gender reveal? Take organic Blueberry Drink Powder if it is a boy or organic Strawberry Drink Powder if it is a girl and send them to your family in a little unmarked container or packet. Then ask them to mix the drink powder in water or milk and see what color it becomes and then have a yummy and healthy drink to celebrate. So if the drink looks blue and tastes like blueberries it is a boy and if the drink looks red or pink and tastes like strawberries then it is a girl.

About the iphone screen recording with audio, I struggled with it at first too but it's totally doable!! You basically press and hold the screen recording button from your shortcut and there would be a red button below that says "microphone". You turn it on and it should start recording with your audio! :)
