Does it cause any pain in the little finger of the right hand after riding for 2-3 hours?

No. It's totally comfortable and safe for riding. But very bad touch screen technology used. I need to take off them to use my phone.

Should i go with Rynox Air GT SP or the Tarmac Rapid which is a full gauntlet. And, Are the Rynox one's comfortable enough after a week of usage ? or they are stilltight and uncomfortable.

I'm using it now for almost 2 months straight. A few weeks were uncomfortable with it. But now it's very comfortable and fitting is also good. But only one problem I'll tell you is that the touch isn't good enough for using your cellphone.
