I think that the camera should have a high FOV, and it follows a bit behind the cursor, with a smooth movement. So, it's sort of like the original, but still has camera movement, and isn't as stiff following your cursor exactly

Alright, not entirely relevant to the video (but still about fruit ninja), but I would like to gush about why I love Arcade Mode so much. Arcade is sometimes very chaotic, however the consequences of messing up aren't too significant, while the rewards of impressive skill are greatly rewarded with bonus points at the end of each game, for example not dropping a single fruit, incentivising players to try do better next time. It's extremely fun to play over and over and try to push yourself to achieve incredible feats.
