Huh! I also just installed ubuntu 24.04. During the installation the wireless worked perfectly. After installation, it worked for four hours then stopped working. In the terminal, it says *- network UNCLAIMED for the wireless card. Tried a lot of different solutions, but nothing seems to work. Still looking for solutions.
For me the wifi worked for weeks. It stopped working today and I don't know why but I have the same UNCLAIMED thing you wrote. Please if you found a solution lemme know
@@deadskull888 So I ended up saving every file I needed on a USB...then I straight up deleted the whole linux lol Then with rufus I reeinstalled it, put back every file from the USB and that was my solution. I struggled with Git and Github SSH key after, but if you don't use Git then it shouldn't be a problem

Bro, connect your mobile phone with its cable to the pc, then share wifi to it and then install , with that you can install the packages that you didn't have and etc. also update Ubuntu
It works perfectly, you just have to start the installation process and select installing the third party whatever... I was frustrated for sure. Thanks man

I did the same thing upon installation but it didn't work for me using a rtl8812au adapter.

I just upgrade from 22.04 to 24.04 the problem now is I had a wifi network but not anymore it appear but not work on my computer 😢
