There's a difference between not planned and lied to. It's like you telling someone that you don't want kids and they tell you they've had a vasectomy. So you let all your defences down and stop using birth control only to fall pregnant. Then you find out that he lied about the vasectomy and just wanted to have a baby with you. As a woman, you have the option of abortion. A man doesn't, but best believe they'll resent that kid. From what I understand, something similar happened here.
