We all have to agree that sonic exe is the most dangerous character yet the fact he can take over sonic whenever he wants is just hurtful I really feel bad for sonic he doesn't need and deserve this😔😔😔

Fleetway sonic was created when sonic fell into the bottom of the master emerald, and the chaos energy overwhelmed his body so much that Fleetway was made. That's my theory, but all I know is canon is that he fell into the bottom of the master emerald, also I know I'm a year late, sorry about that.
