Topic : Deferred payment not to apply in certain cases
Respected Sir @ 12.11 U said if AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) defaults payment for consecutive 3 months then the deferred payment facility would be withdrawn but as per your book its different am quoting it below:
"If there is default in payment of duty by due date for more then once in 3 consecutive months, this facility would not be allowed unless duty with interest has been paid in full"
Which one is right ?
