Priceless: without the resources available on U-tube, and i include this in the first rank, i would have been left trying to figure out the ancient natural history of life from my recollection of the works of Mary Shelley!

Can you imagine how hot it will get in January at the south pole if there wasn't a mile of ice keeping you cool?

This presentation was supposed to discuss glaciation during the Neoproterozoic period. After watching for over half an hour, the word "Neoproterozoic" hasn't even been pronounced. Instead, it's a long talk on the 19th century history of glaciation and the theory of global warming.
