@@TehCactusPlant so true also your video where you bring all the Tjerries to the end of the shrine (the one with the pit of tjerries) inspired me to do it and i succeeded
there will probably be a harder and more versatile option using the momentum during recalls to launch into the air but still easier than windbombs, since you only need the recall to go FAST
The new windbomb is fusing a plank onto a spear, throwing it, recalling it to stop it midair and dropping it, sticking a board onto the spear, standing on the board then recalling so the spear spins and flips you up at hypersonic speeds. This is easier than it sounds since recall stops time.
@@moriims I have seen it yes, but i think for shrines it is easier as it is far more precise and consistent, could however lead to more funny looking scenarios. However it is a faster more momentum based approach so that might make it more exploitable as time goes on. However i have to imagine that the devs are going to patch out a lot of unwanted things (like dupeglitches and whatnot) but we'll have to wait and see for that.
Recall actually has a very long time you can recall with, beyond what one full recall will do, simply cancel the recall before it ends and then just use it again on the same object
Yeet Bombs really is stupidly OP. I got frustrated by a shrine that seemingly needed you to build a sliding pendulum to hit a button. After a while I just shot the button with a bomb arrow and it triggered. The Recallevator is definitely very powerful and will probably have to be limited going forward.
I accidentally softlocked the shrine where you are introduced to those things that when you hit em they sit up and launch you. I got myself stuck in the cage with no items to get out
That's the shrine in Kakariko I think? Me? I stacked every ultra-hand-able thing, took this overly long cage tower back to the first set, grabbed those, attached them to the already too long tower, and then angles the balance thing at a 45° angle. It made a long tall ramp, and I paraglided across. ... I didn't put two and two together to fling Link across the gap.
That "No TJerry Left Behind" policy is gonna get real fun with the one where you have to fish them out of the cage >> Either way, very excited to see what shenanigans you'll get into with the new game
That one shrine where you need to shoot the torches called "drifting flame" or something like that can be softlocked by throwing the torch off into the void, and then dropping all your weapons because you can use a torch near the exit and 2 long weapons with ultra hand and ascend to beat the shrine anyway (The torch won't respawn until the next blood moon in case you were wondering)
You don't need any items to do that shrine. I solved it by tracing a path with the respawning flame source where the torches you need to light pop out, standing on the button, then recalling the flame source so it lights each torch along its path.
My fondest memories of BotW are of seeing how I could break the game and do things the unintended way, I have a feeling it'll be no different with this game!
I am incredibly excited for this new series because I feel like the flexibility and all of the fun things you can do with the zonai devices adds and compliments the impractical shrine solutions perfectly.
Did you know that the ice produced by freezing water is climbable? I actually learned that when trying to complete one of the proving grounds shrines (I think the name had something to do with smashing or something) Edit: ice cubes are also climbable... in at least one shrine.
Tjerry is self conscious because, even though they’re older, I became well know first. Make sure to encourage them. They’re better at we do than I was, they’re just quieter. Except for big T, that’s my uncle, he’s the opposite of quiet.

@@amaryllis0 This. It's one thing when you're ascending from the bottom of a cave to the top of a cliff or something, but it should not have that ridiculously long animation when I'm going through a snow bank or something.

BTW something you can do is attach an object to an arrow with an object like firewood attached. And then you can recall the arrow to move the object back in time with the trajectory or the arrow. I'm sure you could break some things with that.
I forget which but I remember this one shrine where I couldn't figure out the probably really easy solution so I got mad and happened to have a shield with a bomb strapped to it so I just bomb jumped. Wayyyy too simple of a solution tbh

Could you perhaps add a shot of where the Shrine is located on the map, not everyone is as good at remembering Shrine names as you are, so that way we viewers can quickly gauge if we've done the shrine ourselves or not and can avoid the spoilers
I softlocked a shrine where you lose your equipment by fusing this like sliding platform to my shield. I shit myself cause I had no way up to kill the final enemy and had to restart
I've only done the wind temple so far but if it's representative of all of them, I'm going to be real annoyed at all the people hyping up that this game has "actual dungeons" when it's just a divine beast (bunch of small, disconnected puzzles all giving the same formulaic goal) but without the one thing that made them interesting (the gamepad interactivity). The only thing it gets right is aesthetics, which is great but not enough
While completing a certain task that required 15 of an object be transported somewhere, I created a cart, then tried to glue all the items into the cart. But I couldn’t-it just kept saying I had reached the attachment limit. Is this a different thing that what was mentioned here? Because it didn’t automatically unglue anything for me. I had to do it manually and come up with a different way to build a cart using the 15 items instead.

this the shrine i fell through floors during rewind and ultrahand grab and move. i dunno what i did it just kept sending me one floor down. then when i got to the bottom floor it sent me under the floor then i kept respawning under the floor then fell over and over but didnt loose hearts so i had to reload the game.
