The BIHC Culinary Championship offers the culinary students an opportunity to test their knowledge, skills and creativity in the kitchen. The winner also earns an opportunity to represent Kenya at the Young Chef Olympiad - a competition held annually bringing culinary students from over 55 countries to compete accross a variety of challenges for the ultimate prize.
