Hi, I do have the body cream/butter and the perfume and they layer perfectly. This is one of the scents I like to go to bed wearing. I find you are correct is a very unique scent. It is clean and at the same time has a warm and woody dry down. I love it and wear it mostly in Spring and summer. I can smell it on my clothes the next day after wearing it!
I got into Bal D’ Afrique and ❤ it. I just reordered and received a sample of Mohave Ghost. Listen, I sprayed that sample over Bal D’ Afrique and baaabby, it took it up a notch!!! I am on my way to purchasing the complete line!!!

I just got my sample today. I Love it. I smell honey dew mellon! I can't wait to use it daily and develop a relationship with it. Before the night is over I'm going to order more. I'm so glad I tried this one 😊✨💫✨💫✨🦋

Amouage Guidance also has the same pungent smell and ambergris is the only note these two share. I don't think the note agrees with my nose. Your review makes me want to give it another try.
I want this scent so bad but every time I’m about to buy it…I remember the performance. After two hours on me, it’s completely gone…then out of no where hours later, I may get a random quick whiff of it. It’s so strange.

I experience the perfume as having the slightest tinge of sweetness and the kind of musk they use in it smells like bad body odor to me. I can never blind buy perfumes or go off of reviews because I've learned over time that people simply smell things completely differently from each other sometimes.
I have the whole house...... love at first sniff for most of them for me. Including this one...Other people in my house wear what I leave sitting etc. 😒

I'm that way with ambroxan..it is so weird. It sees to trigger a certain area of my nasal passages.
This last for hrs on me.... Also the smell is very potent and i get plenty of compliments just walking by...
