The slowdown makes it much easier to see. My favorite animation would have to be the Timer Ball, with the little clocks that appear. Gen IV and V used a single large, timer-esque clock for its "send out" animation.
Some of the balls are even better with this video. I thought I wouldn’t be interested in the nest ball at all, but those shades of green are gorgeous for grass types
Cant express how pissed off I am that Cherish is so good. No balls fit fire types better than that and we can't breed with them. That is so upsetting because the animation is gorgeous.
This is so helpful, thank you!! Up until this generation, Premier Ball has been my go-to ball for shiny Pokémon. After seeing these, I think Love, Dream, and Moon Balls are my favorite! That Heavy Ball animation is pretty cool too, I'm definitely going to go for Duraludon in a Heavy Ball!! (The colors match too!) On the flipside, I _hate_ the Dusk, Timer, and Repeat Ball animations. I just don't find them aesthetically pleasing at all, which is unfortunate because the balls themselves are really cool looking. Also I never noticed the water splash effects from Dive and Lure balls before!!!! Now I need a shiny Starmie in a Lure Ball lol. Adding it to my list of targets. ;D Thank you again for this, it's given me a much better idea of what I want to catch some of my targets in!
My favorite is the Dive Ball. I've literally made an attempt to have as many Pokémon captured in them as possible because the ball matches with my avatar.
I’m about to shiny hunt for a Sylveon, and was considering the dream ball, but after watching the dive ball, its the perfect fit with those light blues!

Moon and Beast balls are my favourite. Heck, I am even doing a challenge where I catch every Pokémon possible in Beast Balls

Dive ball I notice has bubbles, vs lure ball looks like a splash. Sport ball looks like a green net ball
