Matt I love it that your back out there. I plan to do another late Nov. I found a beautiful little area near me, great walks, lakes, going to be doing the same again. I love it when you find places you can return too, as well as new ones. I did order a tri fold for the car, did not need it but wanted options. Just getting away for 1 night or 2 makes such a difference to your mental health. I hope you have had a lovely return to car camping. I haven't bought a rice cooker, looking for one in the sale. Ideally I want to do a chicken curry on a totally cold, cold night in the car. For your knee, buy arnica oil, not the cream, it is great for muscle pain and soreness. It works. Stay blessed 🙏🏾
Thank you for always showing me how it CAN be done ..... im a really slow student and clearly a hoarder cz my car is always so full of things that i cant get the seat down let alone use all the space ... winter boxes, breakdown food supply, ( as if im ever really going to break down in mid winter and be forced to survive in my car for a fortnight... lol. But ive got candles and fire starters and torches, blankets, tent, cooker gas , sleeping bag, shovel, oil, petrol, a whole bag of cans and bottles of water and drinks.. milk powder, pancake mix .. soups, rice tuna, okkk loads of it plus a box of biscuits and chocolate and cake bars that ride shotgun. ) im practicing... lol one day ill get something right.. so i keep watching till it sinks in . X
@zafiracamper when I started having "a few things in the car just in case" I tried variations of tight packing things like tetras into that long under floor cubby hole at the lip of the rear bumper. I have clearly spread into all other crevices since then but if you need a place to put few cans of chili, soup, rice pudding and packs of easy rice, porridge sachets ect you can get quite a lot in there and always have with you. Just don't then fill the whole car as tightly packed with everything else I stuff in.. 🙃 chuckles... I am a work in progress

I have snuck out of our Brighton hotel to sit on the car and watch the vid in the car as it:s much more chilled whilst Mrs W gets ready for our 35th wedding anniversary meal. 😁

@@zafiracamper I love to sit out until late at night when staying in a caravan but it was very dark and windy as hell and it felt wrong as other caravans were around and it felt like I was disturbing them even though it was only 6pm ish 😂!
