    Man, you are consistent. Seems like your new training indicators are creating a more consistent model. GREAT JOB!

    Nice video Brett, great work. I compared my model to yours for the morning and afternoon sessions. Your model continually Arms Long and Short much better than mine. How did you optimize this? Think this is a model setting or do you think it is mostly due to the indicators you are using?

    • @BrettR-Trades
      @BrettR-Trades  Месяц назад

      could be settings but also depends on how much machine learn time your models have on them. They learn as they go and they also learn from bad trades. Precisely why one wants to run this for a good long while in sim mode. Train the model settings are important based on what style you plan on trading. When I build models, I build them specifically for trading one way. Auto Arm models are traded on auto arm. Arm both models are traded on arm both only. I have not had good luck with hybrid, one model does it all.

    Yo for some reason my Heuristic Parameter Optimization is always randomly turning off. Do you know a fix to this?

    • @BrettR-Trades
      @BrettR-Trades  Месяц назад

      can be several things.
      In Polarity. Machine learning and Optimization have to be ON
      The indicators used to build the model are not loaded on the chart and / or in the right order top to bottom.
      The PATILapp.exe needs to be running.
      inside Polarity, you need to make sure the model is selected.

    Hi Brett, thanks for making them video .Do you train your model on historical Data or just on a playback and at what speed do you train them?
    thanks in advance.

    • @BrettR-Trades
      @BrettR-Trades  Месяц назад +1

      historical data to build new models. Live and replay data to machine learn. In replay for ES, you can get away with 3-8x speed most days. NQ 3x is pushing it on replay. slippage already bad there on the spread due to thin market. Precise reason I do not trade NQ at all on my personal accounts.

      @@BrettR-Trades Thank Brett.
      I tried to teach one today on NQ but not a very good result i've tried to do it on a weeks worth of data and just let it run
      was it a good idea or bad?

      @@BrettR-Trades Any chance you can explain your process? Seems like theres some missing links in the community regarding training the models, everyone doing it slightly differently.
