That helicopter push were he tried to drop on your units really hurt him, If he just played it safe and dropped the units early and pushed it up he probably could've held the south much longer
Yeah, that showed again that even really good players mostly don't know how to use heliborne infantry properly yet, I hope they'll get some experience playing the 101st and figure out smart things to do with them. But most of the games I've seen with them so far involve mainly avoiding heliborne infantry as much as possible and spamming Aero-Rifles Dragons in Humvees, which is IMO not a sound strategy. Those are 75 point squads with only 9 guys in them, even with the shock trait and free vet, ~8.3 points per man is not a good rate for frontline infantry, especially if you don't even get close enough to use the shock trait. And I keep seeing them get bullied by stuff like BTRs getting inside the Dragon's minimum range, they need to be mixed with LAW or AT-4 squads for mutual protection.
Lost a couple games to 101st in ranked where they use all heli opening to just land on remote points extremely fast before even my airborne can get there in their cars. Then the whole map gets covered in AA helis and f15 takes air. Low ranked games though.
