Mr Gabel I just adore your Mother. I wish I was born at a time to see her perform on stage, but thanks to You Tube and the internet I learned so much about her. My local radio talk show host here in Norfolk Va honored her on her birthday October 10. Watching her on You Tube gets me thru these crazy times.
thanks for sharing, I watch WML every night prior to going to sleep. Arlene is .......fantastic. and very witty, I am often a taken back by her quick wit.. thanks again really enjoyed your post.
Very well done @Jocely Señado! I think Arlene was also the one who got most of the first guesses right until they stopped doing that. And it reminded me of that episode with P. T. Winters, when Martin guesses that he is a band leader with just two questions 😄
She must have missed him terribly during that time because when he introduced her, she gave him a kiss when she came out and later hugged him after he guessed the band leader. 🤭😁 Lovely couple.
Thanks for another great compilation, @Jocelyn Señado! I have to wonder how John allowed a "yes" for apparel (around 3:39) -- and then how did she jump from thinking about apparel to thinking about hair? Can you give us links to the full episodes from which these clips were taken?
Sorry, I have to cut that because of John's elaborative explanations.. ✌️♥️😁 but here's the link to that episode. ruclips.net/video/j3vlqGAmUBA/видео.html
Notice how a baby laughs with her whole body? Arlene never lost that joy! 😄
I loved her so much. What a beautiful smile. Her eyes seemed to smile as well when she smiled...
I was thinking the same thing when I saw your reply. And it was funny when Joey Bishop made his remark.
Me too ! I was born in the wrong generation . What genuine beauty.
I love her too.
You described her so beautifully, she totally is gorgeous
Class is timeless. Arlene Francis got class. A very smart and charming lady! We can watch WML , 60 years later, and still find it entertaining!
Her reaction when she nailed the first one was hilarious,
Smart, funny, cheerful, gracious and lovely.
What a nice little clip! Love the show, love Arlene Francis! Thank you Jocelyn.
Another lovely video 🤗
Love it!! Arlene was a special person! It doesn't hurt that she had an Amazing sense of humor, and is absolutely gorgeous
Right. She's very witty and her one liners are just hilarious. I'll try to have a short compilation of that, too. 😁😂
BEAUTIFUL LADY !
Her eyes spoke and laughed....stunning 🥰
She was lovely and smart and vivacious and charming. A beautiful lady all around!
Lovely!
Thank you Jocelyn!
You're welcome po, sir ♥️

Arlene Francis was that rare combination of intelligence, femininity and brass....you imagine that every conversation would be interesting
What is the song at 0:13??
Mamma Mia by ABBA
You should look for the clip with Arlene flirting with George Thorpe, the 18 year old man who instructs at a reducing farm. It aired July 29, 1956
I have that in one of my videos. But you gave me an idea. I think I should do Arlene's flirting moments next time 🤭😁😂
