Torpoint Carnival 1994

Found this oldish video of Torpoint carnival... I'm guessing its 1994 but feel free to correct me!
Starts off on the Racquets float and then shows more of the fun from towards the end.
Why on Earth aren't the carnivals this fun anymore... more than 2 floats would be nice!
